Production at the Highest Level
With a batch payload capacity of up to 924 lbs (420 kg), the RAM 55's multiple processing capabilities multiply RAM's value through direct and easy scale-up from bench development to large-scale batch production.
The RAM 55 includes both temperature and vacuum control. The temperature control system covers 302 degrees F (150 degree C) to 34 degrees F (1.1 degree C). The vacuum system brings down to 29 inHg. The system has both on-board and remote control options for maximum flexibility. Thanks to the continuity of the RAM process, it can easily perform mixes developed at the lab scale with minor or no changes.

At the heart of the RAM55's functionality is its mixing vessel system, which includes a standard steel vessel holder, jacketed vessel for temperature control, vacuum for in-vessel pressure control, and application-specific vessel designs and features.
