OmniRAM H
Production Mixer
Full-Spectrum Processing Capabilities
The OmniRAM H is capable of mixing and processing 11 lb (5 kg) or more of any combination of solids and powders from nano-scale up, liquids and gases, and viscous and slurry materials. Beyond mixing, it also supports coating, milling, and grinding processes, as well as concurrent mixing and vacuum at temperature, concurrent vacuum and curing at temperature, and jacketed vessel temperature control ranging from 302°F (150°C) heating to 0°F (-18°C) cooling.
Need a custom solution? All mixers can be customized for unique automations and applications.
Advanced Control, Recipe Management and Data Integrity
The OmniRAM H allows operators to develop, store, and secure up to 100 recipes for permanent recording of operations and measured results, ensuring complete traceability and repeatability across every batch. The onboard operating system provides full digital control of all processing accessories, with multi-level security access from operator to supervisor — a critical feature for government and defense facilities that require strict process documentation and chain-of-custody compliance.
The OmniRAM H is perfect for research and small-scale production. It can have a host of certifications, including CE, IP65, Class I Div 1 and Class II Div 1. It is designed for remote operation. Optional pressure and temperature control provide continuity with the LabRAM II H. The temperature can go from 302 degrees F (150 degrees C) to 0 degrees F (-18 degrees C). The vacuum can reach 10 Torr.

Scale Up Your Hazardous Processing, Without Scaling Up Your Risk
Engineered for Hazardous Environments
Safety is not an afterthought with the OmniRAM H — it is built into every aspect of the machine's design. The OmniRAM H is certifiable to Hazardous Area Classification (HAC) Class I Div I and Class II Div I environments, among other qualifications, and like all RAM H-series mixers, it is designed for remote operation and features a sealed housing, purged interiors, and multiple grounding paths. A sealed, hazardous-rated SS 304 mixing platform prevents entry of mixing materials into the enclosure, and a fully enclosed, interlockable acoustic mix chamber provides an additional layer of protection for operators and facilities alike.
Proven in the World's Most Demanding Applications
Many of the most difficult-to-mix materials in the world are processed faster, better, more efficiently, and more productively using the OmniRAM H's power, versatility, and expanded capacity. The OmniRAM H has already been deployed to leading international innovators in rocket propellants and advanced energetic materials, cementing its reputation as the go-to pilot-scale solution for the global energetics and defense community.
From propellants and explosives to pyrotechnics and primary energetics, the OmniRAM H gives government laboratories, defense contractors, and commercial energetics producers the processing power, safety architecture, and scalability they need — proudly designed, engineered, and manufactured in Butte, Montana by Resodyn Acoustic Mixers.
Mix in Case
The OmniRAM H also supports mix-in-case production approaches — mixing energetic materials directly within their final containment vessel — eliminating transfer steps that introduce handling risk and reducing operator exposure to sensitive materials at every stage of the process.
